Offer

Client Events and Internal Celebrations

Need help planning and executing those key events that make celebrate your clients, promote your company, or build your culture? We would work with you to plan out every element of your event on a case by case basis.  Each event plan will include an event strategy with goals, objectives, roles and responsibilities, a critical path highlighting key milestones,  a marketing strategy, and budget tracking document.

Marketing events and Tradeshow support

Are you attending and sponsoring countless events and tradeshows throughout the year and buried in details?  Lily and Larch can work with you on a month-to-month contract to project management tradeshow and sponsorship exhibitions, shipments, inventory, and budget tracking.

Annual Events Strategy

We will work with you organization to develop an annual events strategy that would review the marketing goals of your company, key audience and opportunities, and capacity.  With that information we would build key event plans, annual timelines, and annual event budgets.  Lily and Larch can then support event execution or meet with your team quarterly to review the success metrics from your events and determine changes as required. 

 

How it works:

We will meet with your team free of charge to understand the event goals and build a a proposal designed to meet your needs.  Event support will be charged on an hourly basis based on a pre-determined requirement of hours and regular check-ins regarding project status and adjustments. 

 

For event strategy and on-going management, we will determine the number of hours required monthly to deliver ongoing strategy planning, check-ins, and support.
