For the couple that has the vision and the vendors down pat, we’re here to take things over the finish line and most importantly make you feel confident and calm leading up to your big day.  Our job is to talk through the final details, schedule, and setup to ensure nothing is missed and to organize all of the day of details. 

 

This package includes:

• 3 check-in meetings leading up to your big day to talk through vendor schedules, payments, setup, full day schedule. 

• 5 hours pre-event planning for our team to organize vendor and contact details, transport, supplies, scheduling etc. 

• 1 guaranteed event planner for your full event setup (Event day as well as additional setup and tear down days if applicable)  to manage all vendor arrivals and setups, event day payments, decor

• Ensuring event day schedule stays on track including bridal party and family logistics, ceremony and reception timing, movement of guests 

• Additional setup or tear down staff will be charged additionally as required
