Event Coaching Sessions
Consider us your event coach! You shouldn’t be expected to just know how to navigate the world of event rentals, contracts, venues, timing, etc and it can be incredibly overwhelming! Lily and Larch offers an a la carte planning service in which we meet regularly throughout your event planning and talk through event vision, vendor selection, contract reviews, budget management etc. You set the pace and we’re here for you to keep you on track and organized through this very overwhelming process!
This a la carte experience includes:

A minimum of 7 one hour meetings - virtual or in person - over the course of your planning process

A custom agenda for each meeting based on the status of your event

Free event planning templates for budget tracking, vision boards, vendor comparison, check lists, and timelines

Option to add additional hours or services such as Day Of Execution, Vendor proposal gathering and recommendations, site visit and layout
